Our cuisine stems from a love for home-cooked recipes and a desire to showcase local produce. Every dish tells a story made of wholesome ingredients, seasonality and authentic flavours, prepared with care according to tradition.
On the table you will find the finest specialities of Piedmont, such as artisanal toma cheeses, goats' cheeses, traditional cured meats and specialities of our land, alongside ingredients from other Italian regions, chosen for their quality and authenticity. The menu changes with the rhythm of the seasons, bringing to the kitchen what nature offers at its best: from asparagus to porcini mushrooms, along with many other specialities that make every visit a different experience.
The indoor dining room, renovated in keeping with the village's tradition and enriched with details that recall its authentic character, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. When the weather is fine, you can also enjoy our dishes outdoors in the al fresco dining area, a well-kept and charming space embellished with plants, flowers and lights, ideal for enjoying relaxing moments immersed in the atmosphere of the village.
Each dish is accompanied by a carefully chosen wine selection, kept in our historic brick cellar featuring a striking barrel vault. A place full of character where the finest local labels rest, selected to enhance the flavours of our cuisine and make every lunch or dinner a memorable occasion.
